Farough Darakhshan

I'm Farough (Frank) Darakhshan. I work in water-damage restoration.

My main job comes after the drying is done. I write the final invoice for each water-damage job, send it to the insurance carrier and the homeowner, and defend it when an adjuster cuts it. Then I follow it until it is paid. At any one time that is 500 to 600 open claims.

One person cannot do that by hand, so I build the tools that help:

• ClaimForge turns an approved scope sheet into an invoice and a review package.
• Aries is an assistant that runs scheduled jobs on a Mac mini and briefs me each morning.
• The claim graph answers questions about clients, adjusters and carriers from exact records.
• Three AMD Strix Halo machines run local AI models for the bulk reading.
